Sally Probert-Hill is a highly skilled public and third sector consultant whose experience spans a range of management levels. Her speciality areas include equality and diversity, community cohesion, project management, community engagement, sustainable communities, team building and problem solving. Sally is particularly adept at developing initiatives that provide creative solutions to issues that require new ways of working. She has a strong commitment to community cohesion and more than 10 years experience in this field has provided her with a strong knowledge base and a broad range of experiences that inform her work. Sally has developed a range of bespoke training tools that use interactive techniques to make the issues accessible to a range of audiences from young people to senior mangers from councillors to volunteers. Sally has worked extensively with partners from the Police, Fire Service, Youth Service, Job Centre Plus, Local Authorities, Primary Care Trusts, and Third Sector organisations. With a strong focus on impact and the effective use of resources Sally delivers value for money and real improvements for the organisation. Prior to her consultant role, Sally worked in local government for 17 years taking on a range of roles including Area Manager, Social Inclusion Manager and Community Development Officer. She achieved local, regional and national recognition for her work including, National Rail Users Award for the redevelopment of Northwich Station into a community learning centre. Sally was an Equality and Diversity Trainer and qualified Dignity at Work Officer responsible for dealing with issues around bullying and harassment in the work place. Sally has successfully managed multi-disciplinary and cross-agency teams to deliver a range of projects and outcomes and her creative approach has resulted in attracting resources from a number of funders including DFES, Learning and Skills Council, Big Lottery, and North West Development Agency. She holds a BA in Communication with Decision-Making and a Post Graduate Certificate in Leading Sustainable Communities. |
