Cathy works with individuals and organisations and clients include national charities, social enterprises, individuals, and community and voluntary sector organisations

Specific areas of expertise includes managing change, improving performance, developing goals and motivation, and exploring solutions.

She is a member of the EMCC and subscribes to the EMM Code of Ethics (see www.emccouncil.org) and also hold the Chartered Management Institute Level 5 qualification “Management Mentoring” and the post graduate level Certificate in Coaching from Sheffield Hallam University – a course that holds the European Quality Award conferred by the EMCC
